Ken Gehring is a modern, magazine inspired portrait photographer who specializes in portraits for everyday individual of all ages and sizes, and people who love them. Making you look and feel YOUR BEST in photographs is my superpower and I want to take the best portraits that you've ever seen of yourself. This is a day of pampering with hair, make up and styling that you can enjoy on your own, your partner, with your mom, daughter, sister or your best friends. It is an experience of looking and feeling amazing, reconnecting with your own beautiful self and feeling like the god or goddess that you are! Whether you would like to celebrate a life milestone, boost your self-confidence with a little makeover, treat yourself or your loved one to a dream photo shoot or just need one professional headshot for your LinkedIn profile - this experience will change the way you see your own beauty. Before each session, we meet for a styling consultation, where we design your photo shoot, colors and clothes you would like to wear and discuss the overall mood and how you'd like to look in your new portraits. Whether its soft and ethereal, romantic, dark and dramatic, we make sure that with gentle guiding we capture the essence of you. With our professional hair & make-up and styling, you will surely look and feel absolutely gorgeous. You might even book a night out after the photo shoot, as you will look amazing! What To Expect…
When you arrive the day of your session you will be greeted by myself members from our team, then start you in hair and makeup with a nice comfy robe, glass of wine or mimosa! We will discuss your wants and create a perfect look just for you! Once you are done getting glammed up to perfection, we will start the session! During your session, I will pose you from head to toe and coach you on getting stunning facial expressions. I will do all the hard work for you! My sessions are all about trust, and your comfort level. If there ever comes a time when you are uncomfortable in a pose or feel like you're being pushed too far out of your comfort zone, please speak up, and we will modify or move on! The entire session (including hair and makeup) usually takes around 4.0 hours! This gives us ample time for us to get to know each other a little more and get cozy in our studio. We want this luxury experience to be as fun and relaxing for you as possible, and it will be.
After Your Session…
After your session we will schedule your viewing and ordering appointment and will see each other within 14-21 days after your session for your big gallery reveal. This is usually the most emotional and empowering part of your experience, so make sure you’ve got some waterproof mascara on! At this time is when collections/products are chosen and when payment is due for purchased items.

The Portraiture with Ken Gehring is the complete package! A full service boutique experience styled especially with you in mind. Whether you are looking for portraits for yourself, your mom, your best-friend, or your senior graduating from high school we have you covered.
It all begins with a personalized styling consultation. During this session we discuss how you dream of being photographed and giving you wardrobe ideas to bring with you on your photo shooting day or use our gorgeous studio wardrobe collection.
Your beauty comes from inside of you. A great makeup and hair styling will just enhance it! On the day you come for your portrait shoot, your hair and makeup will be done by our in-house makeup artist under your guidance. Remember to book the night out afterwards as you will look gorgeous!
Then it’s time to step in front of the camera to be the star of your very own dream photo shoot experience! You’ll be guided through poses that flatter your body type and celebrate the woman you are.
A few weeks after you photo session we will have a reveal session in which you will be able to view 30 hand picked and fully edited images to purchase and take home in your beautiful keepsake folio box. Our folio collections start at $1150 and our wall portraits start at $150. Prints are not included in the price of this session.
